Spartan 2 OEM will only work with genuine Bosch LSU 4.9 sensors, clone sensors are not compatible.
Spartan 2 OEM is a low-cost, miniature Wideband O2 Controller suitable for integration into your own products/projects. Spartan 2 OEM is a complete Wideband O2 Controller requiring only an external inline fuse on 12[V] supply.
Spartan 2 OEM is available in two versions' Spartan 2 OEM and Spartan 2 OEM I2C. Spartan 2 OEM has; Linear Output, Simulated Narrowband Output, and LED Output, but it does not have I2C communications. Spartan 2 OEM I2C has I2C communications but it does not have; Linear Output, Simulated Narrowband Output, or LED Output.
The default I2C Address for Spartan 2 OEM I2C is 1, this can be changed by the user to between 1 to 15 inclusive.
For new designs, Spartan 2 is recommended over SLC OEM.
For evaluation, we recommend Assembled Bosch LSU 4.9 Connector which solders directly to Spartan 2 modules.
Note: Earlier versions of Spartan 2 OEM were made with all high-temperature automotive grade components, current versions use a mix of industrial and automotive grade components due to obsolescence of key automotive-grade components.
